New images, blurbs and descriptions are now available for your viewing and shopping pleasure on the Zazou homepage!

The Parquet de Versailles is the new headliner, and the new themes for Fall are also prominently featured. The themes include Luminosity, Texture and Warmth.

Also, on the lower right hand side of the page resides three new images that have been highlighted as favorite picks by Zazou! These three pieces include the Japanese Deco scarf, the Lettuce Edge scarf and the Angel Hair scarf. All are beautiful in their own, unique way, and they each represent a different theme of the Zazou Fall 2013 collection!

Grab your jazz flutes and saxophones, because it’s time to snap to the beat of this chic Jazz Scarf!

The 6391 Jazz Scarf is the final scarf that I will highlight from the Zazou Fall 2013 Collection! I wanted to end on a high note (pun intended)! This jazzy wrap is lightweight and made from sleek silk.

It wholesales for $15 and is 13″ by 75 crepe de chine. It is also available in grey and taupe (shown).

Once you feel, admire and wear this whimsical scarf, you will realize that it is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

This 1205 Casablanca Scarf was named after the 1942 film, and it is just as much a classic as the Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman film.

The accessory is priced at a $12 wholesale, and remember, styles $12 and below require a minimum order of two per color, or $200. The Casablanca scarf is available in  denim (pictured), black  and zinc (green). It is 20″ by 37″ slub rayon with combed fringe.

“I can show you the world

Shining, shimmering, splendid

Tell me, princess, now when did

You last let your heart decide?
I can open your eyes

Take you wonder by wonder

Over, sideways and under

On a magic carpet ride
A whole new world

A new fantastic point of view

No one to tell us no or where to go

Or say we’re only dreaming
A whole new world

A dazzling place I never knew

But when I’m way up here, it’s crystal clear

That now I’m in a whole new world with you

Now I’m in a whole new world with you
Unbelievable sights

Indescribable feeling

Soaring, tumbling, freewheeling

Through an endless diamond sky

A whole new world

Don’t you dare close your eyes

A hundred thousand things to see(Hold your breath, it gets better)
I’m like a shooting starI’ve come so farI can’t go back

To where I used to be
A whole new world

Every turn a surprise

With new horizons to pursue

Every moment red-letter
I’ll chase them anywhere

There’s time to spare

Let me share this whole new world with you
A whole new world

That’s where we’ll be

A thrilling chase

A wondrous place

For you and me”

I am sorry, but when I saw the name of this fabulous scarf from the Fall 2013 Zazou collection, I just HAD to post this  song from the 1992 Disney classic, “Aladdin.”

This Zazou piece, which sells under the style number 1207, comes in three colors: excalibur (shown), fuchsia and tile blue. It is 20″ by 75″ slub rayon with combed fringe and wholesales for $12.  And, with that monetary fact in mind, it is important to note that styles which are $12 and under must be associated with a minimum order of two per color, and the minimum order itself is $200.

Throw on this scarf and fly toward your dreams on you own magic carpet!

At the mere sight, touch, smell or mention of a rose, the beautiful balcony scene from William Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” instantly blooms into my mind. And this luminous 6502 Painted Roses Wrap, patterned with precious, swirling roses, is no exception.

The black version of this scarf is pictured, but it is also available in mist blue and grey.

This exclusive print by Christopher Carroll has been placed on a wrap that measures in at 26″ by 76″ and is made from soft blended yarn. It wholesales for $18 and is from the Fall 2013 Zazou Collection.

Again, it has been named the 6502 Painted Roses Wrap, but, by any other name would look as sweet!

In the romantic, suspenseful thriller “Charade,” the viewer may not know who to trust, but he or she can be certain that Audrey Hepburn’s style in this 1963 classic is undeniably chic.

Hepburn’s character, Regina Lampert, has lost her wealthy, criminal husband, and is being chased by numerous men who desire the fortune.

One such pursuer is that of the equally fashionable Cary Grant, who plays Peter Joshua. Yet, in the end, it is Hepburn’s sleek look that has landed her, and one of her accessories, into the ‘Scarf Star’ category.

In one particularly paranoid scene, Hepburn dons a down-right fabulous trench coat and matching head scarf that partially conceals her beautiful brown locks. Although her character is trying to hide, her effortlessly elegant style always makes her stand out from the crowd.

In “Charade,” Hepburn models many magnificent looks, but her matching trench and scarf ensemble is one of my favorites.

The Fall 2013 Zazou collection boasts many stunners, but one of my favorites is the this blue and peachy pink number called 097 Floating Threads from http://www.zazou.com

The beautiful color of the blue in the scarf is incredibly unique and really brings out the blue in the model’s eyes. Also, I love how the floating threads near the bottom of the scarf resemble a jelly fish gliding beneath the ocean waves. Truly inspired 🙂

This Just In!

Brand new photos from the Zazou Fall 2013 photo shoot have arrived, and you are the first lucky viewers to see the shots!

The scarves look incredibly comfortable and beautiful, and the model truly rocked every look.

After scanning the more than 60 images from the shoot, my favorite piece has to be this simple, black and white patterned scarf. The unorthodox blocking of the curved lines create smooth waves that truly catch the eye.

The entire collection favors deep tones that are juxtaposed by the soft look of the fabrics.

Stay tuned to see more Zazou Fall designs throughout the weeks!
